Is the rent really fixed for the whole agreement?
Yes. Amount and payment dates are set in the contract for 5 or 10 years. They do not depend on whether the tenant paid on time.
Who pays utilities and service charges?
We transfer utilities to our name and settle them. You do not need to track supplier invoices.
What if the tenant stops paying?
You are not exposed to missed income. We pay fixed rent per the agreement. We handle debt collection and ending the tenant contract if needed.
How long is the agreement?
We typically offer 5 or 10 years. Details are agreed individually after we see the apartment.
Can I end the cooperation early?
Notice terms and any penalties are explained in the draft contract before signing. Everything is clear from the start.
Which apartments do you accept?
We assess each unit individually. Write or call with location and size. We will come back with a proposal.
